4-Day Tarangire, Serengeti & Ngorongoro Private Safari (Mid-Range).

After breakfast, your safari guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha for a briefing before departing to Tarangire National Park. The drive takes approximately 2 to 3 hours through scenic Maasai countryside. Upon arrival, enjoy a full-day game drive in Tarangire, known for its large elephant population, iconic baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. The Tarangire River attracts animals throughout the year, making it one of Tanzania's best wildlife-viewing destinations. Wildlife commonly seen includes elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, impalas, warthogs, and various bird species. Predators such as lions and leopards may also be spotted. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing your afternoon game drive. Later in the day, drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight at a mid-range lodge.

Spend the afternoon exploring the central Serengeti, searching for lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, and countless plains game species. As the sun sets, proceed to your camp or lodge for dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, depart for a full-day safari in Serengeti National Park. Today offers the best opportunity to explore different areas of the park and maximize wildlife sightings. Your guide will track animal movements and take you to areas with the highest activity. Watch predators on the hunt, observe large herds of grazing animals, and enjoy the spectacular scenery that has made Serengeti world-famous. A picnic lunch will be served at a scenic location inside the park. Continue game viewing throughout the afternoon before returning to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive while exiting Serengeti. Continue to Ngorongoro Crater and descend approximately 600 meters to the crater floor for a game drive. The crater supports an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including lions, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, hyenas, and the rare black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch near a hippo pool while taking in the unique scenery. After the game drive, ascend the crater walls and begin your journey back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon or evening.
